Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2026-2030
The City of Victor Harbor has updated its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan and would like your feedback on a draft version.
The Disability Access and Inclusion Plan 2026-2030 will guide how Council supports access, inclusion, and equity for people living with disability across the region to 2030. It builds upon actions, priorities and achievements from the previous 2020–2024 plan.
It will also align with the South Australia Disability Inclusion Act 2018 and the State Disability Inclusion Plan 2025–2029, ensuring that our local efforts support broader goals for inclusion in South Australia.
We want to ensure we have services and infrastructure that meet our community’s needs. Our plan aims to value and understand the contributions and rights of people with disability, and to ensure their rights are promoted, protected and upheld.
Have Your Say
We are inviting all community members to provide feedback on the plan. We welcome input from people living with a disability, carers, families, service providers, community groups, business owners, and residents - whether they live, work, or visit the City of Victor Harbor.
We would like to understand what you think would improve access and inclusion in our community, and whether you feel the actions and priorities within the draft plan will enable access and equity for all.
Your input is critical to help Council understand your support for the plan and whether you feel it addresses all that it needs to.
