The City of Victor Harbor is currently trialing of a dog off-leash area along the Franklin Parade foreshore, between Harbour View Terrace and Oakham Street.

The trial aims to explore how a 24-hour off-leash zone could work in this location while balancing safety, community enjoyment, and environmental protection.

We invite dog owners and the broader community to share your feedback through this survey during the trial - your valuable input will help Council make an informed decision about the future of the off-leash zone.
